seamless concrete pump pipes is a new type of construction parts with the appearance of concrete pumps, and its appearance has greatly improved the efficiency of construction. In the past, the construction has to use manpower to crane a bucket of concrete to the working place. However, the concrete pump pipes have changed such primitive operation into the easy automatic pouring method.

seamless concrete pump pipes are generally divided into three types, DN125, DN150 and DN80. And they also have their own high pressure and low pressure point. 125 type pump tube low pressure model is the diameter of Φ133 pipe, and the high pressure for the diameter is Φ140 pipe. The low pressure model of DN150 pump pipe is the diameter of Φ159 pipe, and the high pressure for the diameter is Φ168 pipe. The pipe head is a specially machined pipes joint, which is connected to the pipe body by welding. The connection of each pipe is connected by a pipe clamp which is processed by casting process.

According to its using scope, pump pipe is divided into two types: car pump pipes and pump tubes, including boom tube, hinge elbow, reducer and elbow, which are made of cast steel. And the material of pump pipes is 45mn2. While the pump tube is made of the ordinary 20 # carbon steel, this is processed from fluid pipe or straight pipe.

7) Flange:SK/ ZX /FM to connect the pipe,also the elbow.

8) Welding:Smooth welding between straight pipes and flanges

9 )Application:the hardened concrete pump pipe can be used for the concrete transportation in construction industry.
